WELCOME TO HEALING PAWS CAT SANCTUARY
WELCOME TO HEALING PAWS CAT SANCTUARY
This facility is part of the Heritage Preserve Expansion Project. Building features, services, and fundraising opportunities will continue to evolve as planning and construction move forward.

The future Medical Center at Heritage Preserve is being designed to serve two important purposes: providing around-the-clock medical care for the permanent residents of Healing Paws Cat Sanctuary while offering affordable preventative veterinary services to the surrounding community.
Our mission is simple—to help more cats and dogs receive the care they need while reducing pet overpopulation through affordable spay and neuter services, wellness clinics, vaccinations, and microchipping.
Whether caring for a rescued sanctuary resident or welcoming a family visiting one of our community clinics, every animal that comes through our doors will be treated with compassion, respect, and dignity.
Every cat that calls Healing Paws Cat Sanctuary home deserves immediate access to quality medical care.
Because our founder is a retired veterinary technician with more than 30 years of experience and lives on-site, sanctuary residents will receive continuous observation and care whenever medical needs arise. Sick, injured, elderly, and special-needs cats will have access to a dedicated treatment area designed specifically for feline care and recovery.
Many families struggle to afford basic veterinary services, often delaying preventative care until a small problem becomes a medical emergency.
Our Medical Center is being planned to help bridge that gap by providing affordable community clinics focused on prevention and wellness.
Our goal is to help keep pets healthy, reduce unwanted litters, and strengthen the bond between pets and the families who love them.
❤️🐾🏥
Affordable sterilization services for both cats and dogs to help reduce pet overpopulation and improve long-term health.
Routine vaccinations to help protect pets from preventable diseases while making essential care more affordable for families.
Permanent identification that greatly improves the chances of lost pets being safely reunited with their families.
Basic health evaluations, preventative care recommendations, and guidance to help owners keep their pets healthy throughout every stage of life.
Educational resources covering responsible pet ownership, nutrition, preventative healthcare, kitten and puppy care, senior pet care, and animal welfare.
While community programs are an important part of our mission, the Medical Center will also support the daily medical needs of Healing Paws Cat Sanctuary.
Routine health examinations and ongoing medical assessments.
Medication administration, wound care, fluid therapy, and supportive treatments.
Quiet recovery spaces where cats can heal comfortably following illness or medical procedures.
Secure storage for medications, medical supplies, and treatment equipment.
Because protecting the health of our permanent sanctuary residents is one of our highest priorities, the Medical Center will include a dedicated feline biosecurity and isolation area.
This separate space is designed for newly admitted cats requiring medical evaluation, diagnostic testing, treatment, or observation before safely entering the sanctuary population. It will also provide a quiet environment for cats recovering from illness while minimizing the risk of disease transmission.
Every cat will receive individualized care in a calm, low-stress setting while helping ensure the continued health and safety of every resident at Healing Paws Cat Sanctuary.
One sick animal can unintentionally expose dozens of healthy residents to illness.
A carefully planned biosecurity program helps protect every cat by ensuring new arrivals receive appropriate evaluations, vaccinations, testing, and observation before entering the sanctuary.
By combining thoughtful building design with proven disease-prevention practices, we can create one of the safest possible environments for both rescued cats and permanent residents.

Every aspect of the Medical Center is being planned with one goal in mind—creating a calm, low-stress environment where healing comes first.
From thoughtful building design to gentle handling practices, every decision will focus on providing compassionate care for both sanctuary residents and community pets.
The Medical Center represents far more than another building on our campus.
It represents hope.
Hope for the rescued cat receiving lifesaving care.
Hope for the family finally able to afford preventative services for their beloved pet.
Hope for fewer unwanted litters, healthier animals, and a stronger community where compassionate veterinary care is within reach for more families.
Together, we are building more than a medical facility—we are building a healthier future for the animals who depend on us.
